How many learners can I include in a Team Subscription?
You can include 2 or more learners in a Team Subscription.
How do you bill us?
We bill you monthly in advance via recurring credit card payment. The Team Subscription manager can log in to their account to download invoices.
What if I want to include a new learner in my Team Subscription?
Simply email us the new learner's name and email address. We'll activate a new account for them and update the price of your Team Subscription plan for the additional learner, in your next billing cycle.
What if a learner leaves my organisation?
Please contact us to remove the learner from your Team Subscription by emailing us their name and email address. We will update the price of your Team Subscription plan to reflect the removal of that learner, in your next billing cycle. Please note that we do not do partial month refunds.
What if I wish to cancel our subscription?
We do not believe in lock-in contracts. We hope that you'll stay because you find our content valuable and engaging. But if it is not suitable, you're welcomed to cancel anytime. No hard feelings! Just contact us a month before you want to cancel, and we'll cancel your subscription in the following month. Please note that we do not do partial month refunds.
