Chloe Plavin

Chloe is a Commercial Law Partner at JG Tax & Legal, advising clients across a broad range of commercial and private matters. Her practice spans wills, estates and succession planning, property law (including conveyancing, leasing, due diligence and disputes), and the sale and purchase of businesses. Chloe also advises on entity structuring, trust deed amendments, and the preparation of shareholders, partnership and unitholder agreements. In addition, she is involved in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, employment agreements, and binding financial agreements.
