Daniel Butler

Dan is a Director at DBA Lawyers, and is recognised as one of Australia’s leading lawyers in superannuation and SMSFs, complemented by his taxation and commercial expertise that he has accumulated over the past 40 years. Dan is a Specialist SMSF Advisor™; a Chartered Tax Adviser with the Tax Institute, where he is a member of the National Superannuation Committee; and serves on a number of other tax and SMSF committees including the Law Institute of Victoria’s Tax Committee. He is also a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from the University of Melbourne.
