Ned is an Associate Director at SW Accountants & Advisors, specialising in M&A advisory and tax advisory for SMEs, high net wealth family offices & groups. As a self-confessed “technical tax junkie”, Ned has worked on matters relating to tax structuring, project finance, M&A advisory, and cross-border for some of Australia’s largest private and public enterprises. Ned runs the technical tax training at SW and has presented for professional associations such as the Tax Institute.
