Paul Mather

Paul is the Founder of FBT Salary Packaging Solutions. He has over 25 years’ experience in FBT, salary packaging and employment taxes across various industry sectors including large corporates, SMEs, not-for-profits and government organisations. He helps employers manage FBT risk and works with accounting firms to strengthen their FBT service offerings. Paul was a member of the ATO’s former FBT Stakeholder Group from 2005 to 2024, founded FBT Salary Packaging Solutions in 2009, and was a Director of Employment Taxes at EY Sydney for 10 years.
