Rachel O'Donnell

Rachel is the Principal at O’Donnell Tax Law, with over 20 years’ experience as a tax lawyer, specialising in indirect taxes for most of her career. She advises on GST and duties and land tax across all Australian states and territories, and her clients have ranged from SMEs to large listed corporations. Rachel holds Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees from Monash University and a Masters of Law from the University of Melbourne. She is also a Chartered Tax Adviser with the Tax Institute, where she also presents regularly at seminars and conferences.
