Direct Tax Invoices & Receipts

You'll receive copies of your tax invoices by email. You can still view and download tax invoices and receipts directly from your Billing page. This improvement gives you better visibility over your records and makes subscription management simpler.

One-Click Live Events Registration

You can now register for Live Events from the Events page. You no longer need to put your details into every registration page. This reduces the number of steps to register for an event.

My CPD, Supercharged

We've enhanced CPD Reports to make tracking your learning quicker, simpler and more useful. Formerly called Dashboard, My CPD allows you to effortlessly view watch time logs within minutes. CPD Reports now include an "All Time" filter, allowing you to view your complete CPD history in one click. This makes it easier to track progress across years, meet compliance requirements, and prepare for audits without manual record keeping.

Self-Service Account Management for Teams

Formerly called Team Managers, the Organisation Owner now has more control. You can now set up new organisation member accounts, add or remove members instantly, update billing in real time, and manage your Teams Plan directly. This means you no longer need to contact support for everyday account updates. Everything can be managed in one place, on your own schedule.
